This notice explains how ACEIIS LTD (“ACEIIS”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data you provide through this website.

Who we are

ACEIIS is the trading brand of ACEIIS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15550524, with its registered office at 214 High Street, Hounslow, United Kingdom, TW3 1HB. Where we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data, we act as the data controller. You can reach us using the details at the end of this notice.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect and store:

• Your name and organisation (and job title, if you provide it)
• Your work email address and, if you provide it, a telephone number
• The enquiry type, project summary and any timescale, budget or contact preference you share
• Your privacy/consent acknowledgement and the time of submission
• Limited technical context for security and record-keeping: the page you enquired from, the referring page, any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed, your browser’s user-agent string, and a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address (we do not store your raw IP address)

Each enquiry is stored as a record in our database, and the outcome of the acknowledgement and internal notification emails is logged. Please do not submit passwords, security credentials or confidential personal data through the form.

Spam and abuse prevention (reCAPTCHA)

To protect our forms and site from spam and automated abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. Google may process technical information about your device and interaction as part of providing this security service, subject to Google’s own terms. reCAPTCHA is used only for security and abuse prevention — not for advertising or profiling by ACEIIS. How we use it and our lawful basis

• Responding to and managing your enquiry, and arranging any follow-up you request — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• Security, spam and abuse prevention and keeping accurate records of enquiries — our legitimate interest in protecting and operating the website and our business.
• Any future optional marketing — we would rely on a separate, appropriate basis (such as your consent), and we do not currently send marketing from this site.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate the website and respond to enquiries — for example our email and hosting providers, and Google (for reCAPTCHA security and the embedded map on our contact page) — and only as necessary. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply.

We retain enquiry records and their associated email logs for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to keep an accurate record of communications, after which they are reviewed and deleted or anonymised in line with our retention arrangements.

For recruitment and expressions of interest, we keep applicant details for up to six months from your last contact, then delete or anonymise them — unless a longer period is required by law or another documented business need, or you have asked us to keep your details for future roles (a talent pool), which we do only with your separate permission and for a defined period. Six months is ACEIIS’s adopted policy for ordinary unsuccessful recruitment records, not a statutory requirement.

Your rights

Subject to UK data-protection law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
