Availability model
How we describe platform availability
A single, central status model keeps wording consistent everywhere. Availability is never inferred from a live URL, and 'Available for Licensing' is used only after legal and commercial verification.

Who owns what — defined by contract
We don't claim that a client automatically owns the underlying platform, and we don't assume a client owns every customisation. The applicable agreement makes each element explicit.

Yes. Every client solution is configured with your own name, logo, colours, domain, content and terminology. You do not operate under any of ACEIIS's existing platform brands.
Yes — workflows, forms, data fields, roles, dashboards and notifications are configurable, subject to a feasibility, security and compatibility assessment.
Integrations are supported where technically appropriate and are confirmed during the fit-gap assessment.
A separately configured, dedicated client deployment can be discussed, with an agreed hosting and support model, subject to platform readiness and architecture.
Approved business data can be migrated where agreed. We do not copy real users, candidates, students, buyers, sellers or operational records from existing platforms into demonstrations or client systems.
Ownership and permitted use of software, configuration, custom development, branding, content and data are defined in the applicable contract. Your brand and content remain attributable to you; core software and reusable components are separately defined and not automatically transferred.
Managed hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates and operational support can be provided under an agreed service model, alongside training and documentation.

Yes. Our platform foundations are available to license and configure under your own brand, subject to a discussion of scope, rights and any customisation required. Each solution is separately configured with your identity, workflows, users and data controls. The one exception is our existing operating brands (UNICONS, Ready Staff, Jus Havens) — those names remain independent and are not transferred; you receive a separately branded platform, not one of those brands.
Security by design, access control, data-protection controls and data-controller/processor responsibilities are assessed during the fit-gap review and defined in the agreement.
